Automatic inspection platform loading and unloading machine

1. The equipment is mainly composed of handling and loading mechanism, handling and unloading mechanism, feeding mechanism, OK/NG material box mechanism, operation interface mechanism, cabinet assembly, software control, etc.;

2. The loading/unloading mechanism is synchronized to carry out the handling, which improves the handling rate. The handling time is 2-3 seconds to complete the loading and unloading synchronization, reducing the waiting time of the testing equipment;

3. Fully automated, no human intervention is required, and the changeover time is 5-10 minutes;

4. The handling module can ensure that the equipment realizes accurate material receiving, and the loading and unloading are in the same position;

5. When the matching automatic image measuring instrument size detection result is OK, the product manipulator will remove the product and place the OK material box; if the result is NG, the product manipulator will take the product away and place the NG material box;

6. It can be used in conjunction with various models of our company's automatic image measuring instruments;
