The robot will put the product on the receiving fixture on the equipment, then transport the product to the visual inspection position, start the Aocheng professional software to automatically detect the product size, output the measured size information, compare it with the original size, and then send the OK/NG signal to the unloading robot control system. Overview of the whole machine:

1. The equipment is mainly composed of Y-axis connection mechanism, CMM dimension detection component, laser scanning component, marble component, cabinet component, software control, etc;

2. CMM inspection size components and laser scanning code components are installed on the marble to ensure that the detection error and laser coding effect will not change after long-term high-speed movement;

3. The cabinet components adopt square tube and sheet metal plate, and the equipment is firm and beautiful in appearance;

4. The Y-axis connection module enables the equipment to realize accurate material connection, and the loading and unloading are at the same position;

5. The software is independently developed, and the same functions have been applied to multiple projects and have been running steadily for a long time;

 

CMM inspection size components/laser scanning code components:

1. The X-axis mechanism adopts high-precision module mechanism to carry out servo positioning, which can move at high speed without jitter. At the same time, it is equipped with high-precision grating ruler to detect the position online in real time, ensuring the positioning accuracy ≤ 0.002mm;

2. Two sets of Z-axis can be adjusted by ± 80mm to realize automatic adjustment of camera/laser focus and facilitate camera/laser/height finder/code scanning gun debugging;

3. There is no contact detection action in the whole detection process. At the same time, there is a dust remover in the laser marking process that will suck away the dust to avoid secondary damage or pollution to the product,;

4. The module corresponding to the connection of X axis and Y axis can form an area coverage of 250 * 250mm, which can meet the customer's largest product φ Each place with an area of 228mm ensures the consistency of product testing effect and improves the accuracy of product dimensions;

5. The high-precision camera is matched with the customized lens and light source. Within a certain range of vision, the overall detection accuracy of the size on the product splicing picture is ≤ 0.05mm.

 

Fixture assembly and its Y-axis connection mechanism:

1. During detection, the bottom of the product shall contact with the glass to ensure that the detection surface of all products is equal in height during measurement, so as to facilitate the unification of calibration parameters and avoid the influence of fixture error on camera image taking;

2. The four positioning blocks are used to keep the product detection position fixed, reduce the image taking and correction error, improve the detection accuracy, and ensure the risk of the product moving when the Y-axis is translated, so as to ensure the authenticity of the detection;

3. The function of the jacking cylinder is to facilitate the contact between the manipulator and the glass when placing/taking materials, which may lead to the risk of glass damage;

4. The positioning accuracy of the mechanism is within ± 0.02mm, and the Y-axis module+grating+servo motor can be used for high-precision repeatability of the placement/retrieval position, detection position, marking position, etc;

 

Cabinet components:

1. The two groups of functions of detection and laser are independently controlled on two computers, and the display is shared. The switching converter can be used to switch to two computers at any time for easy operation;

2. The material placing/reclaiming position can be customized according to customers. The above method is to share the same position from top to bottom, which is the most space saving way;

3. The three color light is used as a prompt. Red indicates that the equipment is in alarm and cannot be operated, green indicates that the equipment is running, and yellow indicates that the equipment is in the waiting state;

4. Access control function: ensure that the doors are closed when the equipment is running;
