Overview of the whole machine:
1. The equipment is mainly composed of loading/unloading box components, product separator handling components, jig Y-axis handling components, CCD visual components (including XZ axis and marker pen), jacking components, fully enclosed cabinet components, glass retracting and releasing components, motion software control, etc;
2. Use glass to press down the product to avoid the influence of product deformation to the test size. At the same time, the visual range is 10-15 mm, meeting the requirement of one small product at a time to improve efficiency;
3.Vision system adopts the telecentric lens and annular light source , ensure the repeatability of the test;
4. The Y-axis module is fully enclosed to avoid dust falling into the module during production, which will affect the accuracy and life of the module;
5. The marble position base plate is used, and the visual motion module is installed on the marble beam at the same time, so as to ensure that the measurement accuracy of the equipment remains unchanged during the long-term high-speed operation and achieve long-term stability;
6. The marker pen shares the XZ axis with the camera to eliminate the error between the marker coordinate and the actual marker;
7. The products in the loading and unloading boxes decrease and increase, and the jacking mechanism compensates for the size change, so as to ensure that the products will not be damaged when the suction cups are used to adsorb the products;
8. Sports software is independently developed, and the same functions have been applied to multiple projects and have been running steadily for a long time;
Cabinet components:
1. The three color lights contain alarm sounds, which red represents danger, yellow represents waiting and green represents operation, and meet the requirements of national standards;
2. The operation surface is installed on the openable door, which is convenient for debugging, space saving and later maintenance;
3. The base adopts 60 * 60 square tube to increase the rigidity of the overall structure and reduce the deformation of the large plate;
4. All doors shall be protected by safety access control, and the equipment shall stop running when it is opened;
