Maintenance and operation steps of video measuring machine

*Maintenance:
1. The equipment should be placed in a clean room (room temperature 20 ℃ ± 1 ℃, humidity 60%), to avoid surface contamination of optical parts, rust of metal parts, dust and debris falling into the motion guide rail, affecting the function of the equipment.

2. Keep the equipment clean and tidy; if not used for a long time, please turn off the power and put on the dust cover .

3. The transmission mechanism and motion guide rail of the equipment should be regularly brushed with lubricating oil to keep it smooth.

4. The LED light source of the equipment has a long service life; but when not in use, please turn off the light source; when the lamp beads are not light, please notify the manufacturer and professional staff will replace and repair the equipment.

5. The precision components of the equipment, such as the imaging system, worktable, optical ruler and transmission mechanism, require precise adjustment. All adjustment screws and tightening screws are fixed. Customers should not disassemble the equipment . Self-disassembly caused the instrument failure or the accuracy error is not covered within the warranty.

6. The measurement software on the computer has accurately compensated for the error between the table and the optical scale. Please do not change it yourself, otherwise, it will produce erroneous measurement results.
7. The device should be connected to the socket to ensure correct access. Check regularly for looseness. The power supply must be effectively grounded.

Steps ：
1. Confirm whether the software dongle is plugged into the computer USB interface.

2.Open the host computer, then open the control box, and finally open the software.
3. Place the measured workpiece on the glass table of the machine, adjust the definition and brightness of the light source, and then measuring .
4. After finished the measurement, close the software, turn off the computer, turn off the power, and keep the machine tidy
